I am the founder of the Women’s Earning Institute and the author of the book, Why Women Earn Less: How to Make What You’re Really Worth and the workbook, How to Set and Raise Your Rates. As a specialist in earning issues, I speak and consult widely on how to overcome self-sabotaging beliefs about money. I am dedicated to helping professional women conquer underearning! The Institute specializes in understanding the emotional and psychological connections behind why women undersell themselves and providing women the tools to make more money and earn at their potential.

Of all the things I do, my favorite is running “Earn Your Worth” money groups for women. I’ve found groups to be among the most effective ways to help women make more, because I can go so deeply into the emotional aspects of money, and why we really undersell ourselves. Also, I specialize in rate-setting and I really enjoy teaching service professionals (men and women) how to set and raise their rates.

I’ve published books and audios on women’s earning issues and how to set fees. I run a number of support groups for women on “how to earn your worth”, and I teach and speak all over the Northwest on earning issues. I teach teleclasses as well.  I also work one-on-one with people on their money issues, helping them feel more in control financially. (No, I do not advise on investments, but I’m happy to give you a referral.) I am also on the faculty for the Financial Recovery Institute.
