I believe each person has capabilities that go untapped. As a certified life coach for women, I am extremely aware of the challenges we all face in business and home life today. When I started my company, Life Strategies for Women, I entered uncharted territory. My background was primarily in the aviation industry. It has been a challenge to stretch my own capacity, and a joy every step of the way. I am documenting the process as a resource for other women who are choosing to make a similar transition. My greatest satisfaction comes from helping women find their life's purpose and meet their true potential.

I help women to identify and establish clear and measurable goals. Then, together we create a strategy for accomplishing those dreams. My forte lies in helping women to see their own potential, and realize that the only thing holding them back is their personal limiting beliefs. Every person on this planet has potential no matter their background.

I would like to help as many women as I can to fulfill their promise.

I am a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. I hold a Commercial Pilot License, as well as Certified Flight Instructor, Instrument. My Life Coach Certification is from Spencer University of Southern California.

I have been instrumental in changing the lives of women for several years since retiring from the aviation industry. Although my corporation is relatively new, my experience is diverse which allows me to relate to women of all ages and backgrounds. I am a columnist for Today's Seattle Woman Newspaper, and in the process of writing a book on how to change your life for the better.
