How small is too small for IT help?

Right now, it's just me and one computer, so I can prety much do everything myself and I don't need a network yet. But I need someone sometime to troubleshoot, or get my domain name switched, yadda yadda. Every time I look for someone, I feel like the desirable target market is 10 or more employees. Does anyone help the solos?

501(c) 3 Accountant Needed!

Does anyone know of any CPAs or accountants that have experience with non-profit/501(c) 3 applications and are willing to work with non-profits that are not "big revenue streams"?

Apparently, it can get complicated and none of my usual resources are interested in wading in :o) I have a client with a small foundation that she is starting and really needs the help!

I am charging for this event, after reading a post about why we should charge :o) In addition to supporting Biznik, the fee will pay for the meeting space and handouts. Also, I will be giving away Starbucks cards for the first couple of people who sign up!

CRM Program Recommendations

I am starting to look at upgrading my computer at the end of the year, and thinking about a Mac (versus my existing PC), but am afraid of overhauling my ACT! database, which is not Mac-supported.

I could get the parallel operating system, but I figure, if I am going to "go Mac", then I should take the plunge 100%.

I know that Mac comes with PIM capabilities, but I need some database power as well. Any recommendations? Thanks!

"Invite" Function

I just wondered if I am thinking about this correctly . . . I used the Invite link to email some people that I know and think should join BizNik, but I notice that my Profile page stats don't reflect those invitations. Do I get credit only for the people who actually joined, or do I get credit for everyone I invited regardless of the result?

I am very goal oriented (and a little obsessive), so I like to do things and see my stats change :o)
