What Moises does
I enthusiastically work with buyers and sellers of residential real estate in my native area of Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Concord and Martinez California. There are three roles that I take on for my buyers and sellers:
I am Their Consultant.
I am Their Negotiator.
I am Their Overseer of the Transactional Details.
As Their Consultant I ask questions and listen vigilantly to discover and understand what's important to them. I define problems, anticipate obstacles, identify solutions, and balance everyone's needs, then craft a strategic process for them to realize their dreams.
As Their Negotiator It is my responsibility to save or make them money. As their skilled, experienced and focus negotiator I will critically examine the accuracy of the underlying assumptions being relied on and recognize the likely underlying agendas and motivations of individuals that are involved in the transaction. By skillfully articulating the strengths and weaknesses of the other agent or lenders suggestions I will be able to let my Buyer or Seller know when it's appropriate to resist the objections of others and remain committed to a sound course of action.
As Their Overseer of the Transactional Details I must make sure that every i is dotted and every t is crossed, because making a mistake can be very costly. There are 43 different people from 14 different industries that get involved during the seven stages of the transaction. This generates 100 pieces of paper requiring upward to 43 signatures and initials and 100 to 150 phone calls alone, each one of them is loaded with critical details. This is what is called "integrated complexity". One of my greatest skills is to see things from multiple perspectives, which means I can identify likely, unintended consequences of our decisions. My Buyers or Sellers can relax because as the person who oversees all of the details of the transaction, I recognize the conclusions that can and cannot be drawn from a particular exchange with all the different people involved.

First time buyers have lots of questions and need a patient, guiding hand to walk them, step by step, through the labyrinth of purchasing a home. From getting them into the right area of the cities that I specialize in, explaining the intricacies of financing, to counseling them through the different types of turbulence they may encounter in a typical purchase. Being there for my client, for even their smallest concerns, is what I am all about.
Move-up buyers have special needs with selling a current property, locating the right property in the right area, and financing. They often are moving to a new area and want quality and creature comforts in their new home, and I am great at finding this for them.
I have systems in place that I call the Before, During and After units to make sure that every need is taken care of. It makes it very easy for my clients to know where they are at and what to expect before, during and after the transaction,
