Real Estate Consultant In the East Bay

Hello everyone. I know all of you know a realtor who does things "the traditional way" - heck I know plenty of them myself. I am different than the traditional realtor in three main ways:

• I consult

• I negotiate

• I oversee the transactional details.

I also give people the permission to reject. That is, if I am not the right consultant for them, they let me know right away and that is that. Consequently if I feel that my services are not a fit for that client then I will let them know right away.
