What's a Quarterlife Crisis?

Today's Quarter Lifers (early 20s to 30ish) grew up with the promise they could be anything they wanted to be and if they worked hard enough, have it "all". Sounds incredibly exciting, right? Unfortunately, many women feel disappointed, lost or disconnected when the real world kicks in because they've internalized those expectations. The safety of school is over.
