I'm the founder of Stratejoy, a sassy lifestyle company that provides women the tool, strategies and camaraderie they need to conquer their Quarterlife Crisis.

Through workshops, online resources and an ongoing community, Stratejoy gives woman a sense of control over their happiness and their life. The focus is on sharing common experiences and teaching methods to gain clarity, define success, create powerful habits and execute the big dreams.

What's a Quarterlife Crisis?

Today's Quarter Lifers (early 20s to 30ish) grew up with the promise they could be anything they wanted to be and if they worked hard enough, have it "all". Sounds incredibly exciting, right? Unfortunately, many women feel disappointed, lost or disconnected when the real world kicks in because they've internalized those expectations. The safety of school is over. The glamour of their job has ended. They definitely don't have it "all". And they don't have a clue what to do about it...
