About Mona

I am founder of a health care startup called OutofPocket.com. This Web 2.0 health care portal was launched in 2007 to help consumers look up prices and comparsion shop for routine health care services.

My background is in software development and product marketing and I have a passion to make a difference in helping to reform our nation's health care system.

In my spare time I volunteer in the community, including serving on the high school board music program and coaching women that are training for triathlons and I am an accomplished triathlete.
