Writing a book and have a big contact on the line

Hi all - I am looking to be majorly published for the first time and I am writing a book that will require the input of some rather major people. I am talking to an agent right now but we're far from securing any deal because I first need to get a book proposal out to her.

In the meanwhile, someone I contacted to participate in my book has called me back and now wants to talk on Monday. This woman is in charge of a multi-million-dollar business and it would be a coup to get her help. I don't want to lose her due to some neophyte mistake. Does anyone have any suggestions of information I have have ready beforehand? Good questions to ask?

I will do more research on her so I can be knowledgeable about her and her business, and I can tell her about the book and my research thus far and my potential marketing plan even. I am hoping what I want to do will be enough to convince her because if she signs on, she will be my first major contributor.

Any thoughts welcome, and not just from the writers and editors out there. Thanks!

Where on earth are shrink-wrap machines sold?

My company needs to purchase a professional shrink wrapping machine that is small in size and able to be used in our home offices. It need to be able to wrap a variety of sizes and I'm not talking about the kind you can buy in a craft store.
