Mr. Mushtaq Thobani is a Chartered Accountant (CA) in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Since August 1982, he has worked as the Managing Partner of KLA, Chartered Acoountants and since 1989 as the Managing Practioner of MMT & Associates, a full-service Accounting Practice, where he has garnered over 25 years of experience in his field. A detail-oriented executive, Thobani has consistently demonstrated an ability to motivate people and bring projects in on time. For his professionalism, Mushtaq Thobani received the 25 Years as a Chartered Accountant Achievement Award. Dedicated to high standards and professionalism in his career, Mushtaq Thobani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta (ICAA). The ICAA is a self-governing organization established by Alberta Legislature that is dedicated to providing mentorship to 11,000 of Alberta's CAs and CA students. In addition to work, Mr. Mushtaq Thobani dedicates much of his time and energy to helping others. Mushtaq Thobani has voluntered with the Fish Creek Sports Soccer Association, a Calgary Southwest United Soccer Association soccer team. Mr. Mushtaq Thobani also enjoys playing Golf in his free time. He aids communities in Africa and Asia that desperately need help by acting as the Convenor of the Calgary World Partnership Golf Tournament. The tournament is a charitable event aimed toward raising funds for the Aga Khan Foundation. Mushtaq Thobani enjoys a variety of hobbies and sports in addition to soccer and golf. He loves to read, and one of Thobani's favorite authors is John Steinbeck. He also enjoys traveling and takes full advantage of Canada's natural beauty by hiking, fishing, and skiing. Mushtaq Thobani currently resides in Calgary, Alberta.
