I am a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach, as well as a childbirth educator, and birth doula.

I assist clients in birthing their dreams, acting as a catalyst for change and as support thru the process. Small shifts and changes ripple out to big results!

We all give birth to dreams - women and men alike!
Whatever you are holding in your heart as a wish, a dream, or a path not taken; they are all dream seeds waiting to be nurtured, and birthed into reality.

Using many different tools and talents, I listen deeply and assist my clients in getting clear about what they want to create in their life, break free of the obstacles that have been holding them back, and truly create a life they love to live.

Additionally a special passion of mine is to help couples have FABULOUS birth experiences with easing the birthing process, and the transition into parenthood.

It is about making the transitions in life smoother and in shorter timelines - not therapy for years.

What I love is having the privilege, skills, and opportunity to assist people to more fully live a life they love! When people invest in themselves, knowing a little assistance along the way has nothing to do with being weak or sick - everyone wins! The individual, our community, and ultimately our planet.

My education has been varied. Some formal and much from the school of life: Over the years my life path has taken me down many roads. Through a couple of marriages, the joys and trials of being a parent, and owning businesses, as well as my own experience of beating cancer.

Along the way I have studied; science, psychology, NLP, EMDR, counseling, EFT, midwifery, childbirth education, Mongan's HypnoBirthing, nutrition, herbology, and hypnotherapy. I have also attended over 235 births. It is the accumulation of all these experiences that has helped make me who I am today, and the source of the knowledge (and hopefully grace) that I bring to my work.
