need a new web site manager in Seattle

It's time to transition management/design of my web site to a new person. My current person is accepting a full time position with one of her larger clients so I need to bow out graciously from her work load.

My primary requirement is that my new web person be able to meet with me in person from time to time in Ballard/Greenwood/Fremont/Phinney/Green Lake environs.

It's a small site but it has brought me some good clients. I'm open to suggestions to revamp and expand it. I'm looking for someone who will develop a genuine interest in my business and not just my web site.

I like to be part of the decision making regarding style and content but I'm no micromanager and I pay invoices in a timely manner.
