Congratulations on losing 60 pounds.
My opinion is if you've been working out in the mornings and are down to the last 10. Why not try evenings.
As an instructor an trainer I've done both. Evening work outs are great, cause your body is more awake and it keeps you from snacking, and may even curb your appetite. It will also tire you out, as long as you exercise no less than 2 hours before bed.
Give it a try! Variety is the spice of life! : )
