In the middle of 2006 I experienced cancer and chemo. For two years chemo kept me in a state of disorganization and clutter. I could not think, remember, or organize my thoughts let alone keep things around me organized. (chemo brain)

For the first time in my life I experienced what disorganized people experience. I went through all the same feelings of frustration, despair, and depression. I felt the embarrassment and shame.

Then I had the pleasure, and practice, of re-organizing two years worth of clutter and chaos. What better experience can one have than this?

I love the challenge of turning disorganized and cluttered spaces into peaceful living and working spaces, but even more so, I love the peaceful, smiling faces I see after the organizing process is completed.
