I have been making jewelry for about 7 years. I started with some simple wirework inspired by my lifelong love of rosaries and went from there, learning more advanced wirework as well as stringing. (Yes, I did make my bridal jewelry, inclusive of the veiled tiara that is cut off in my user photo). I pride myself on using only quality materials such as silver wire and gemstones, pearls, and Swarovski crystals in my jewelry. I opened Paddy Litvak's Etsy shop in February 2006. In March 2007, I opened an online jewelry supply shop (Painted Pinochle) on Etsy with the hope of giving crafters a more affordable and convenient alternative to retail bead shops. Because of the popularity of the shop I am able to be a housewife with Painted Pinochle as my day job. You can usually find me at I Heart Rummage at Chop Suey (iheartrummage.net) but I hope to make Paddy Litvak a more noticeable presence by the end of 2009. [less]
