I've been a Soma practitioner/ L.M.P. for eight years in Seattle. Soma is powerful deep-tissue bodywork. It is an 11 session series which dramatically changes your posture, core, and relationship with yourself.

Also, I assist people in their personal goals during the Soma process so that they get what they want out of the sessions. It is an incredible inward and outward journey. Soma clients frequently comment that they feel both gounded and taller.

  Natasha is a miracle worker. Simply put, I was taller and thinner after my session. Those of you who know my ghostly self know that I am neither tall nor thin. That would be before the Natasha Miracle-BNM. A serious car accident, residual pain and other body assults provide my foundation for intuitively recognizing a good massage.
