I'm the chief designer for Dawson Clinton & Seney Residential Design. We're a residential design company with a strong background in the construction industry. We design remodels, additions and new construction. I'm a licensed Architect in WA and soon in CA. My partners are general contractors we're based in San Francisco and expanding into the Puget Sound market. We're really excited about the design climate and the potential for building in this area.

We specialize in modern designs with efficient spaces and slick interiors. We like to use rich materials and minimal modern details to keep the spaces clean. Our construction experience allows us to design well and efficiently and to consider constructability factors in design. Our experience also allows us to communicate well with contractors. We are builders so we understand the language of the field and builders concerns, which can be of a particular concern with modern designs.

We work with owners and contractors to build comfortable and inspiring homes. We feel that it is essential in this process to maintain the lines of communication and keep all parties on the same page. Throughout this process we feel responsible to keep in mind energy efficiencies, low environmental impacts, recyclability and sustainability.

We need contacts within the design and building trades, surveyors, civil and structural engineers, general contractors, glazers, painters, plumbers, insulation, cabinet, tile and flooring installers. We also need home or property owners interested in remodeling, adding on, or building new homes.
