It's a Great Adventure! I'm on - I have the privilege and honor of bringing together America's Top Talent with its leading corporations, government agencies and non-profits. Our City Career Fair team has an extreme passion for diversity and the strength it brings to an employers workforce. I personally attend all twenty five of our Annual Diversity Employment Day Career Fairs being held in most major cities across the US. I also serve on the Diversity Recruiters Network.org as a Director with a focus on this year's mandate of "Getting America Back to Work!!". I focus on producing seminars and workshops that educate and enhance the abilities and skills of recruiters to find and keep top talent from the multicultural and diverse community. I also specialize in sponsorship development for both the Diversity Recruiter's Network and City Career Fair.
