Working with internal and external clientele to create, negotiate and implement creative solutions for complex business agreements, including RFPs, service contracts, licenses and non-disclosure agreements with foreign as well as domestic Fortune 500 companies, federal, state and local government agencies;

Proven leadership in risk management and in minimizing litigation while hiring, managing and coordinating efforts of outside litigation counsel nationwide, causing litigation across the organization to fall seventy-seven percent (77%), representing an estimated seven figure savings in legal expenses and executive opportunity costs;

Proactive legal counsel in the areas of corporate privacy, labor and employment law (including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ERISA and HIPAA) for both domestic and foreign corporations;

Experienced in real estate law and real estate finance; created and implemented nationwide strategic plan for negotiating leases for retail and office locations.

Mr. Popowitz has an A.B. from UC Berkeley, an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, and a J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice law in California.
