Pianist/vocalist Nelda Swiggett has performed at many of Seattle's leading clubs, concerts and festivals, including Dimitrious's Jazz Alley, Bumbershoot, and a KPLU Summer Jazz Cruise, among others. Her music showcases the best of mainstream jazz, Brazilian and Afro-Cuban rhythms, and her own original compositions.

In addition to concert appearances, Nelda enjoys performing for weddings, corporate events and other special occasions. The usual band configuration is trio with piano/vocals (Nelda), bass and drums. Quartet, duo or solo piano are also available. Her band can perform sophisticated background music or lively dance sets. Classical music is available for wedding ceremonies.
