    The Customer Experience Board (CEB) of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council is looking to assess how service invention is boosting customer retention in the telecommunications, wireless, satellite, cable and ISP industries.

    This valuable assessment investigates the myriad strategies that today's service providers are implementing in order to retain, grow and monetize their customer base.
