About Nicole

I am a Certified Reflexologist practicing in the West Seattle area. I have been in practice for over 5 years trained by the staff in Queen Anne at SRMC. Reflexology is a wonderful healing modality that deals with many pressure points on the feet. These pressure points relate to all the physical and emotional systems in your body. By applying pressure to these points, tension begins to ease, pain decreases, and your body's ability to heal strengthens. My sessions are helpful for: reducing stress quickly, muscle strains, foot pain, cleansing, and preventative self care.
