Business Challenges & Prior Use of Incentives:
What are your biggest business challenges? What programs have you implemented to address those challenges? How have these efforts worked?
Have you ever tried incentive programs before? If so, what did you use and how did they work? Are you currently running any promotion program to increase business?
Do you have business cycles or slow seasons? If so, when? Do anything to increase business during those slow times? If yes, how does that work?
Promotional Budget/Approval:
How much do you allocate to your monthly/annual advertising budget? Do you have the authority to purchase incentives or does your corporate headquarters make all advertising decisions? And if so, can you direct me to the proper person? If headquarters make the decisions, do you have the authority to test a couple of free travel certificates to observe your customer responses?
Employee Issues:
Do you currently have incentives to offer your employees? How many employees do you currently have? How do you recognize exceptional employee performance?
