Omar has a multi-disciplinary background that includes project management, environmental compliance, fund development, and sales. He holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology and a graduate degree in Environmental Management & Policy. Prior to starting Well Translated, LLC in 2004, Omar served as Controller and CFO of the CSPC-PIRC, one of two Parent Information & Resource Centers in Colorado and held the position of Senior Project Manager of Environmental Services at Editorial La Ley in Madrid, Spain. Omar is the author of the upcoming Spanish language blog "Bien Traducido", where he plans to share with employers the best proven and effective strategies for maximizing insurance and health care plan participation and how to avoiding the common safety pitfalls when managing Spanish-speaking employees in order to increase compliance and desired behavior.
