For over 30 years, I operated holistic clinics as a Rolfer in Scottsdale, AZ and now Sandpoint, ID. In 2006, I started blogging about my varied experiences in teaching and treating clients. I began developing www.WholeRevolution.com in 2008 to support people in deep change.

Our bodies and our lives are capable of great changed when guided and supported by others. The crises we experience are opportunities for initiation into new a new life, a life of more joy and abundance. We just need help getting there.

My private practice of Rolfing, www.align.org, focuses on transforming physical pain and stress into a body that feels younger. Through releasing the soft tissue in an orderly manner, the body's structure re-aligns as it releases chronic stress.

I do change best. Not out of any inherent skill - out of necessity. My dyslexia and Asperger's taught me to find ways to change, ways to succeed that were different than others. Those skills are now what I use to assist others. The core of my journey is the core of our WholeRevolution.com.

Much of my best education came from researching who was the best at what I wanted to learn, then studying or apprenticing with them. This is particularly true around my training in shamanism.

I have operated a private practice for 33years. For 17 of those years I had an integrated medical clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. During the early 90's I was the co-owner of the Scottsdale Institute for Health and Medicine. One of our main projects was running a premiere mindfulness stress reduction business for local hospitals and corporations.
