I coach people out of stagnation and into action. They are likely tired of fussing about and looking to create change in their lives. My clients, some of whom are in transition, include entrepreneurs, individuals and leaders in non-profit, private and public sector organizations such as GE, Nationwide, Regence, Symantec, Philips, T-Mobile and Russell Investments.

Many Paths is the brand name for my partnership with Chanda Carlson. We apply our skills and experiences in group and team coaching settings. With teams, we deploy the Team Diagnostic Assessment to discover teams' productivity and positivity strengths and coach them through action planning to achieve their goals. We are developing a workshop for "wrung out women" that combines coaching with visual imagery, meditation, body work and fun! Watch for more in my "Promotions" section!

I help people stop fussing and start creating through courageous and compassionate coaching. I am the champion for the unspoken voice: I inspire and empower people to speak their truth and choose to live a compelling and purposeful life. I ask powerful questions to loosen the tightly wound strings that hold people back. I have the ability to see many perspectives and to see one broadly and deeply (like a Renaissance painting). I make people feel safe even when they feel like they are dangling off a cliff. Sometimes I even get them to jump off so they can fly!

I have been a leader since my younger sister was born! I progressed to leading and coaching teams & individuals through twenty plus years in human resources and business leadership in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, education, non-profit, software development, retail and hospitality industries. Just before launching my own coaching & consulting practice, I was an HR leader for ~8 years with General Electric Company in the Healthcare and Financial Services businesses.
