Event description
EquusEmbrace horses will teach you to get in touch with your energetic power. Access your inner power and see how easy it is to move a 1000 lb. horse without lifting a finger. Feel the difference between finesse and force.
We encourage women who want to build their businesses and enjoy healthy relationships to join us. If you dream of a more sane way of living, you've got to learn a new way of leading people.
Access your inner strength and feel your power like never before.
Learn from nature how to lead with less effort and more impact.
Find your confidence, use your intuition and reconnect with power at your core.
See how horses sense the emotions of others, including humans.
Get insights into your own feelings that underlie your challenges.
Learn about equine-assisted therapy and even have a chance to get up close and personal with a horse in the round pen.
Discover how to use your new skills as a foundation for natural and effective public speaking.
Don't miss this event. It could mean a new direction for your life. No horse experience necessary. Ground work only. It will take place in a covered arena, so we'll have it rain or shine.
Check out www.EquusEmbrace.com or www.OnlineSpeakingSchool.com for more information.

I'm pretty jazzed for it too Giannina. We can learn so much from nature. Claudia's horses are good teachers! Glad you can make it.

Hi Pamela and Claudia,
I am guessing this a "wear jeans & sneakers" kind of event. Maybe it's common sense but I just want to make sure. Thanks! -g

Yes Giannnina, Wear whatever you're most comfortable in. Sneakers probably better than sandals. Looks like it will be sunny and 77 degrees, keep in mind we'll be outside. See you Tuesday!

I'm trying to talk another 5 women into coming with me. So far, three are on the fence who won't know if they're free until Tuesday morning. Just wanted to give you a head's up!

Yahoo! Thanks for the heads up Lara. If it's right for them, I imagine their schedules will free up.

This sounds fantastic! I just saw it in the sidebar... but alas, I have my own event in Seattle and I cannot attend. I grew up on a pony then a horse until I was 13 (and any excuse is a good one to get back on a horse), but I'm really intrigued with the topic of relating to Women and Leadership!
Please post in the Wealthy, Worthy in Wise group if there is a "next time." Thanks!

Kate-- I will definitely post to a wider audience next time. Still getting the hang of the Biznik site. Having experienced horses during your formative years, you will certainly understand how horses can make a difference for women.
See you next time!

Oh, how did I miss this? This sounds like the coolest thing ever!
It's far too late to RSVP (starting in 33 min, and I'm in Seattle). Please consider doing another and I will be on the lookout for it.
Enjoy, everyone! Katie www.dieseldogcoffee.com

Shucks! I can't find the event. Both Google maps & my iPhone led me to dead ends with no route to 210th St SE. I couldn't find directions on Claudia's site and have no choice but to give up. Sorry to have missed this great event. Hope others were able to find you okay.

Lara-- I am so sorry for your frustration. I checked out Google's directions and, in fact, they are wrong! They don't even have the right exit! The MapQuest directions are correct and, fortunately most used this source for directions.
The event was wonderfully successful. Everyone had a chance to interact with a horse and there were many moments of surprise, delight, "a-ha" and enlightenment.
I would love to provide more of those moments, so how about this: since there are several people who could not make it today, let's pick another date and do it again. Might be a different location, but I will provide complete directions this time.
Interested?

Very interested! Thanks, Claudia.
With the extra time on my hands, I treated myself to a trip to the Woodinville Molback's, which I haven't done in years. Frustration abated! ;)

It was a fantastic event. Thank you Pamela and Claudia. I highly recommend it. I got there early, so I went to Molbak's and got some great bamboo flower pots less then $5 - better than plastic. They last 2 -3 years then decompose.

Claudia and Pamela, What a fantastic event! I learned so much about the horses and myself. I want to do more with you and the horses. I look forward to attending one of your weekend workshops, Claudia. Keep them coming.

Thank you, Marlene, for volunteering to work with the "notorious Ricky!" What an ah-ha moment you two had. Can't wait to see you find even more great moments at the workshop!
