I help women rewrite their life story from a mystery to a full-blown adventure. Together, we explore the What If and Why attitudes that keep you stuck in a place you don't want to be. Getting past conditioned thoughts and negative habits can pose a challenge that's difficult to meet. Add to the mix the constant stressors that keep you on edge, and the challenge weighs heavy on your body, mind and spirit.

All that can change. Your story can be edited with verve and passion. Through journeys into your spiritual self, purposeful actions to move your forward, and the power of meaningful questions, your attitude will shift. You will soon begin asking "Why not?" and "How?"

I listen extremely well, ask expansive questions for clarification, and engage women in creating possibilities they are eager to act upon.
