As a Wellness coach for both private and business clients, what I am seeking to do is lower costs. By teaching people how to take better care of themselves in both settings, I eliminate cost over runs. By mutually identifying areas where employees can learn to improve their health, I compile organized, time specific reports that are both detailed and structured. In the case of private parties, I provide a raising of one's awareness and re-inforcement for area's of desired change. This is a personal appraoch that is not offered elsewhere.

I want to talk to people in organizations that have 50 to 100 employees where human resource managers are concerned about the on-going increases in the costs of health insurance coverage. This is the target specific area where Wellness Springs has the expertise to bring these costs down.

Formally, I have a Bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Seattle University and and a Master's degree in psychology from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.

I have worked in variety of healthcare settings with thousands of clients over the last 18 years.
