    Patrick is highly recommended. His "Energized Business Presence" event was extremely valuable, enjoyable, and interactive. Patrick inspired me to consciously improve my posture every day, by telling myself two words: "Be taller". He also emphasized the importance of nutrition, breathing from the core, and having balance in your posture, strength, and flexibility. Patrick reinforced my belief that health must be my #1 priority if I want to achieve all of my other goals.

    Action talks, and I'm signing up for his nutrition program immediately. When he hosts another event, I'm there.

    Patrick! You are such a pleasure to work with! In each of my sessions I feel like I can do anything and accomplish all my goals! You inspire me to think bigger and consider all my actions so I can get a workout while doing everyday things. Which as a mother with little time to spend on myself, is a great way to integrate a workout into my day! Thank you so much!

    If you haven't yet had a chance to sit down and have a one on one with Patrick, I suggest you do it ASAP!
    I didn't know what a human performance specialist was before I met him nor did I think I could benefit from anything of the sort, but I was dead wrong.
    Patrick explained things to me about the human body and the way it works when in exercise mode that just turned the light bulbs on!
    He is so good about communicating the why's and how's to make it all really make sense. I won't look at exercise the same again.
    I plan on using Patrick's expertise to help me to reach my health and fitness goals. Even if you think you're perfectly fit, just sit down with Patrick for an hour (or two like I did) you might learn that you've been doing it wrong or could've been doing it better all along!
