I have 4 workshops created and ready to present for the general public, as well as the Biznik community ; ), and another, more specific offering (dental professional groups). The problem is I could easily do four hours on the subject of nutritional stressors or how to get a flat stomach without wasting any effort with useless crunches or why your upper cervical spine could be causing your foot pain or make one sentence read like five, but I can't do my own promotional material to save my life.
