Practice 4 or 5 simple yoga techniques each morning for 15 minutes. This will ground you into the stability of the earth and open you to the consciousness of the universe.
Learn to embrace everything and everyone as a reflection of you. This is challenging because it involves recognizing the owned and the disowned characteristics of your personality. You greatest lessons lie in the disowned parts. Learn to embrace them!
Enjoy and honor the beauty of the moment. There is ALWAYS a golden nugget. Look for the gold in EVERY encounter and interaction. Then, you will find it. Once you find the lesson pay paticularlly close attention to it. You may discover that it is showing up in other areas of your life.
