What Paul does

I've been a freelance writer since 1973. Written textbooks, stories, poems, and way more direct-mail fundraising letters than any human being should do. Name a major organization working on the environment, civil rights or women's rights, and I've probably written for them, as well as for many members of the House and Senate.

These days I focus on short stories and non-fiction books -- see my latest book at (http://lovinggrief.com) -- and on helping other people write books.

Plus, I'm a Treasure Hunt Guide. With my wife, Carol Herndon, I lead couples on Treasure Hunts that turn their daily lives into adventures, bringing play and curiosity back into their most important relationship. (www.gotrreasurehunting.com)

What Paul does best

I've spent thirty-five years turning other people's ideas into words that impel thousands of people to support them.

I'm very strong at drawing out people's experiences and thoughts in ways that help them understand what they really want to say -- and how to say it.

What does Paul need?

I need to expand my ability to use the Internet as a medium for selling my wriing and the writing of others.
