I am part of the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team at Washington Mutual (WaMu). The team focuses on improving business processes.

Working with technology teams, I identify processes that are labor intensive, have long cycle times and result in too many defects such as missed service level agreements. I lead and coach OpEx initiatives to improve these processes thereby reducing expenses and helping WaMu better serve its customers.
