Motion and Rest welcomes experienced practitioners of the healing arts. We have been inspiring health and good energy in this beautiful historic building in downtown Ballard since 1996.

Lots of walk-by traffic on Ballard Avenue NW, home of the year round Farmer's Market, great shopping, music and restaurants. In addition to the phenomenal growth of Ballard in general, a 170 unit assisted-living complex is scheduled to open on our block in 2008.
