I advertise rental homes and screen tenants for the small time landlord. My clients do not want to use a full service property management company or do not want to have to, or do not know how to, screen their applicants.

My customer service is what sets me apart from the competition. I am always available and will always put my customers' interests first. "One time rent-ups" are all I do, so finding my client a qualified, reliable tenant quickly constitutes 100% of my focus.

I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, Seattle.

I have successfully advertised and screened applicants for my own rental property; finding a highly qualified tenant in less than 60 days during the slowest time of the year.
