What Pete does

Most small businesses fail because they have no business, marketing or sales plans. They have no processes, systems or structures in place to promote and sustain growth. They grow a bit at first, start climbing and then like an airplane they sputter, stall, and eventually crash. Can anyone show them how to fuel the plane and fly it? Yup, me. That's my what I do. I can help you to grow your business because I've been successful in running sales in fast growth companies and turnarounds. I've been in sales, marketing and senior leadership roles. I've run businesses over $35mil and have depth and breadth that most people don't. I'm an executive level business consultant to Small Business Owners, Sole Proprietors or independent Sales Reps- people who are very clear they need to get on the right flight path to success. I prefer to work with B2B service or product businesses with annual revenues from $1mil up to $20mil; there are exceptions.

What Pete does best

I work closely with small businesses in the following areas that affect growth: general counseling on business issues, sales training and marketing plan development. I also help businesses with putting together effective recruiting and hiring systems to get the right people for the right job. I am 100 percent committed to seeing my clients get the results they desire.

What does Pete need?

I'm looking to meet and possibly work with other consultants in aligned and complimentary disciplines. I understand the value of a virtual network of specialists to use and rely on. Ideal clients are business owners who are frustrated with their lack of growth and are worn out or overwhelmed with the challenges of running their business- their business has never gotten to the level or size they envisioned as an entrepreneur. They finally understand they cannot do it all and need help- someone to coach and mentor them to get the results they desire.

Experience

My background is a successful 25 year career in sales, sales management, senior management and as CEO in small businesses, from $5mil to $50mil in size. I’ve been involved in three turnaround businesses and as Senior VP Sales & Marketing I was instrumental in helping a company grow sales an average of 22% per year over ten years. I’ve developed high performing teams and provided leadership to dysfunctional organizations.
