Customer service is my passion and my number one strength. When asked what I do for a living, I tell people I am a customer service professional rather than saying I am a Realtor. I usually get confused looks followed by the comment "well aren't we all"? The answer is yes, but it takes a true customer service expert to "know what they know, to know what they don't know, and to know the difference between the two".

I need a nice long vacation! That was not intended as a joke by the way :-)
