Are you wondering how to find the Nextu? Join my pilot workshop series.

Nextu enables you to hear what your life is telling your about who the next you is that needs to emerge. Nextu is the distillation of research, best practices, somatic techniques and hard-won wisdom about how to navigate change in ways that add meaning and satisfaction to your life.

Over the course of four weeks, you have a safe environment to begin to hear - and amplify - your deep longings, buried passions, secrets, and/or joys. You have time to work individually to develop a stronger connection with your body and your authentic self. There is also be time to work in community. You will collect evidence, discover connections and patterns, and make meaning of them in ways unique and enlivening to you.

My work is the integration of forty years of somatic, creative, corporate, entrepreneurial, psychological, spiritual, and academic exploration. Some of those modalities include The Alexander Technique, Wilhelm Reich's Orgonomy, theatre games and improvisation, storytelling, meditation, Buddhist, Hindu and Jewish mysticism, Anusara yoga. In addition, I am a student of Peter Senge, William Bridges, Dawna Markova and local thought leaders such as Geoff Bellman and Bill Grace.
