Founder, Rachel Dexheimer, lived and worked in the corporate world for nearly 20 years. Now, she lives and works with a herd of seven horses who are her colleagues and her friends.

Their passion is to inspire each person to discover their unique contribution, empowering them to create sustainable relationships, careers and lives in full alignment with their deepest values and highest ideals.

The EquiSpire horses act as a mirror and inspire immediate trust. Rachel frames and translates the experience to deepen each person's awareness and create lasting change.

These proven experiential, or "learn by doing", programs accelerate your learning by providing direct and real time feedback, enabling you to transfer your new skills directly to your life.

We are looking for counselors who are interested in mutual referrals that will deeply support our clients.

I am a Certified Equine Guided Educator, trained in partnering with horses to facilitate human development. I have studied multiple coaching theories and combine those with my in-depth knowledge of human behavior, experience in the public and private sectors and my equine insights, to provide a profoundly unique perspective. I am currently completing:

Professional Coaching Certificate from Antioch University
Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale
