To me the basic relaxation, Swedish massage most people know about is all about flow, pampering, in a soothing spa like environment. I believe that the best relaxation comes about because you are free of a nagging pain in your body. That you are able to go out of my office and be able to play tennis, soccer, basketball, dancing or whatever it is that you are passionate about doing and be able to do it pain free.

Whether injured last week or in the last decade, I provide effective treatment for stubborn chronic pain utilizing an intensive, physiotherapy style of treatment massage called Daucik Method and combine this with an advanced lymphatic drainage method. This means immediate reduction of pain and swelling. I can get more done in 30 minutes than what most therapists do in an hour through this modality.

While I love injury treatment, bringing athletes and muscians back playing in their venue with new energy, I am very passionate about core focused treatment.

What does this mean exactly? This is a combination of muscle, organ and emotional focused treatment in the abdomen, back and hips.
