Our dreams, obligations and career-oriented 'should' beliefs can become such a tangled matt that it becomes very difficult to identify and prioritize the things we really want to be doing. That is why it is important to take the time to clearly identify and remain centered in what is meaningful to us. As a coach, it is my goal to provide clients with the time, space and support needed to 'untangle the matt'.

*As a parent who coaches other parents, I believe that balancing domestic responsibility with vocational goals is a crucial component of our ability to connect to, and be present with our families.

I specialize in helping artists of all mediums who are overwhelmed by the demands of daily life, as well as life's inevitable exigencies, reclaim and prioritize their creative work.
