My first love is being a health and lifestyle coach, nutritional counselor, and yoga teacher, but I am also a business consultant specializing in training and quality for off shore contact centers.

I tailor programs to fit each person's specific needs by drawing from my expertise in nutrition, ayurveda, aromatherapy, Chinese herbal nutrition, yoga, and fitness. I will support you - whether your goal is to lose weight, reduce stress, regain vitality, recover from illness, or just feel healthier and more alive!

Whether you want to sweat, or you need a gentler class designed for your specific needs, I may be the right yoga teacher for you. I also teach safe and alignment-based yoga. You can expect fun, energetic classes that allow your body, mind and spirit to blossom with the practice.

Perhaps you don't want a lot of flow and movement because you have knee problems, or lower back pain, or your wrists hurt from too much typing at your computer software job. No problem! I also teach gentle and therapeutic private yoga lessons so that you can re-train your body and start to heal your chronic aches and pains.

I have practiced Iyengar yoga for 10 years, and I have studied intensively with world-renowned teacher Aadil Palkhivala at Yoga Centers in Bellevue, WA. I am currently furthering my training as a teacher as part of the inaugural class of Aadil Palkhivala's College of Purna Yoga, the only certified vocational college in Washington State training teachers in the art and science of yoga.

As an outsourcing business consultant, I also help American or International companies that have already outsourced their call centers (ie. to The Philippines or India) by evaluating the abilities of non-native English speakers to communicate with and provide good customer service to American customers. I have designed training and quality assurance programs, and trained trainers and quality assurance monitors at call centers in India that serve a multitude of American companies. I also recently designed the training and quality assurance program for Hewlett Packard across the Company's enterprise.
