What Rebecca does

"Direction. Perspective. Support."

I help entrepreneurs take the right action at the right time to grow their business.

I provide an unbiased perspective for my clients regarding their business and marketing strategies, and because of my experience and do-what-works style of education, I can often point out things to them that they have not thought of before or may have missed in the shuffle.

I support my clients by helping them see what they are already doing right, helping them prioritize their projects and encouraging them to commit to a doable, measurable set of tasks as homework.

What Rebecca does best

My specialty is getting my clients to focus on the most important tasks - the ones that they can take immediately and that will bring them noticably closer to their goal.

Also, since I have a lot of knowledge and experience with marketing and creating websites that sell a service, I am often asked to give specific advise to my clients in these areas.

I also enjoy helping people set up their business in a way that supports the kind of lifestyle they want to live. I'm a big fan of Timothy Ferriss's book "The 4 Hour Work Week" because of his outside-the-box ideas.

I've implemented many of them and a lot of my clients have found the ideas useful as well.

(If you are curious, when I fired my boss last year, I spent 8 months running my own business on 2-10 hours a week and did a lot of traveling. Yes, a 4 hour work week is possible)

What does Rebecca need?

I need female face models for a color cosmetics (makeup) certification class I'm taking.

I can't pay you, but I can offer you credit and free products, and all models will be entered into a drawing for a designer handbag for offering up their face.

The night will include: -Basic Facial (to prep skin) -Entire face makeover with color cosmetics, each class focusing on a different feature -Salad dinner and light dessert plus $10 of shopping credit for models if you choose.

I'll need models for these dates (Tuesdays): Aug. 19th, 26th Sept. 2nd, 9th & 16th

It's an evening workshop and takes place across the street from Northgate Mall.

I need to have 6 models total to get the certification and only have 2 signed up so far so I need you (yes, you!).

If you are ready for a bit of fun, helping a fellow biznik and want to get a makeover all at the same time, give me a call at 206-605-8176.

Education

A lot of my training has come from running my own web design & development company for two years and learning how to market myself and think strategically about the business.

I read anything I can get my hands on and have taken thousands of dollars worth of extracurricular business courses.

My 'teachers' include people like Jay Abraham, Keith Cunningham (the real life rich dad from Rich Dad, Poor Dad), T. Harv Eker, Chet Holmes, Jeffrey Gitomer, Bill Bartmann, Joel Roberts, David Wood and Esther & Jerry Hicks/Abraham Hicks.

I am also working towards certification as an executive coach.

Some training certificate courses worth mentioning:

*World's Greatest Marketing Seminar - October 2007

*Guerrilla Business School - April 2006

*Train the Trainer - April 2007

*Master Hypnotist hypnotherapy certification course - June 2006
