I'm a Counselor and Spiritual Director working with adolescents, adults and families. I offer a safe and supportive environment for people to work through their problems and start experiencing healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

My areas of focus include: Adolescents, Relationship Issues, Depression, Self-Injury, Addiction/Substance abuse, Career Counseling, Family of Orgin issues and Spirituality.

Starting a private practice has been an exciting endeavor and I'm open to learning all I can from people who have gone before me. I look forward to learning more about networking, marketing tips, business plans etc. through Bizniks meetings.

In 2006 I received a Master's Degree in Counseling Pyschology and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Mars Hill Graduate School, located in Belltown. My BA is in Communication Studies from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, CA. Currently, I'm a student in a two year Spiritual Guidance program with CFDM (Christian Formation and Direction Ministries).
