I've sold Real Estate now going on 7 years! Can't believe how time flies. I love what I do b/c I work by referral and it's the only way to go! I prefer to put my time in building relationships with my clients instead of randomly looking for business. I like to be the one-stop-shop for my clients offering them referrals to good trades people AND staying in touch with them long after they have bought or sold their home.

I love to throw housewarming parties for my clients, client gratitude engagements, and even one-on-one dinners.

Part of my services include professional photographers, stagers, moving companies, lenders, inspectors, title/escrow, service referrals (painters, roofers, etc.), my internet expertise, and market knowledge! I work on customizing my services to my client's needs and my goal is to do such an AWESOME job they're excited about the process.

Valuing a home is part art and part science--there is no set formula. Because no two homes are exactly alike, looking at comparable sales is just one part of pricing. I look at distinctive features of a home, remodeling and upgrades, the latest market conditions and local economic trends.
