I'm a seasoned coach and leadership consultant with a passion for assisting people to be their best, truest and most alive selves. In my work as coach, mediator, facilitator and retreat designer, I bring insights, warmth, irreverence and creativity.

Conflict resolution when the issues are messy... Personal coaching when you're feeling stuck... Leadership guidance when you're feeling underwhelmed with yourself... Retreat facilitation when you want to be inspired and encouraged. I love to help individuals and teams navigate those intersections between emotion and logic.
