  She is that kind of personal trainer who will honor your body with good form and kick your ass and you will smile and feel good about it.

  I would recommend her to everyone! She is fantastically versatile and customizes the workout to You from a breadth of knowledge.

  Far from just a fitness trainer She had the skills to incorporate cross-knowledge in other areas such as martial arts and Pilates based on my goals.

  She is so charming that even the kick- ass workout effort seemed to melt away. She is really fun to work with!

  I have made her a part of my regular wellness plan and I'm telling everyone about her.

  I have more core strength and better posture than I've had in over a year thanks to her knowledge. And she has helped me navigate my posture and back issues with ease.
