It is in our genes as women to be the caretaker, guide, nurse, counselor, errand-runner...the list is endless. We are so good at doing and giving of ourselves that we often find ourselves being mentally and physically exhausted and feeling completely alone in the midst of everyone. How do we replenish? Where do we go for help? We can find the answers on our spiritual journey.

As spiritual mentor I guide my client in a process to let go of any idea or belief that creates limitation or lack. We then create clarity around life purpose and intentions. Throughout our work together I share tools to empower each client to access their intuition and inner wisdom to guide them in making successful decisions.
