I have been helping people with their residential mortgage needs since 2000. I work for a correspondent lender that has been serving Washington homeowners for over 30 years.

What Rhonda does best

I enjoy helping people make educated decisions about their mortgage options. My husband teases by saying I'm the worlds worst "closer" and I'm perfectly fine with that! Apparently my clients are too...my business is 100% referral, returning clients or from my blogging efforts. I do not buy leads...in fact, I don't even take "up calls" at our office!
